Arrival and Dismissal Carline

At Jacksonville Classical Academy East, scholars should demonstrate virtue from the moment they enter the school property. It is our civic responsibility to create a structured routine that allows scholars and families to get to and from school in the safest and most efficient way possible. 

Arrival Times: 7:30 – 7:55 am

Dismissal Times: 3:00 – 3:30 pm 

Arrivals: Scholars should begin arriving no earlier than 7:30 am. The gates will be opened at 7:30 am. Staff will be in the loading zone to escort our scholars from their vehicles to the building. Other staff will be inside to supervise scholars on their way to class. At 7:55 am, our doors will be locked to ensure the security of students and staff.  If you arrive after 7:55 am, the cones will be in place and you will need to park and escort your scholar to the building to sign them in.  At 8:05 am, they will be considered tardy and marked late.

Dismissals: The gates will be opened at 2:45 pm for dismissal. Staff will be in the loading zones to escort scholars to their vehicles at 3:00 pm. After 3:30 pm, parents will need to park their vehicle and come to the main office (with an ID) to pick up their scholars.
