Jacksonville Classical Academy East Online Payment System 

We use an online payment system where families can upload funds for their scholars' meal payments and before care. The system we use is called MySchoolBucks and this is where you will create an account and load money to your child's account. This same account will eventually be the place where you will pay for field trips, clubs, events and more.

Jacksonville Classical Academy East Families without MySchoolBucks Account

Go to MySchoolBucks.com to log in and create an account. You will need to know your district name (Jacksonville Classical Academy East) to sign up. Select Jacksonville Classical Academy East as your new school district (not Duval County Public Schools).  Follow the prompts throughout the process to add student(s) to your account to start processing transactions.  You do not need student numbers - you can use your student’s birth date. 

Jacksonville Classical Academy East Families with Existing MySchoolBucks Accounts

If you have an existing MySchoolBucks account for your student(s), you will need to log in at MySchoolBucks.com and update the account information for each student to reflect the current information for Jacksonville Classical Academy East. 

  • Click the words “School District” at the top of your MySchoolBucks account to add a new school district to your profile. 
  • MySchoolBucks.com will provide a list of available school districts. 
  • Select Jacksonville Classical Academy East as your new school district (not Duval County Public Schools).
  • If applicable, Click on Add Student to add your student(s) to your account by using name and birthdate.

Parents can contact MySchoolBucks directly with questions on getting signed up or using the service. They have a chat function on the website, a parent support number (855) 832-5226 or via email to parentsupport@myschoolbucks.com. 

MySchoolBucks staff is available Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and they have bilingual (Spanish) parent support representatives on their team.
